Guidelines for Buskers/License

Buskers must register at the office on market day in order to cash in buskers tokens
When signing in you will be requested to outline the content of your performance, time required and probable size of the crowd you will attract so you can be directed to the appropriate busking areas.

Each performance should not exceed 20 minutes

The Channon Market is a family orientated market and we ask that the content of your performance is unlikely to offend and spectators.

When busking outside the busking areas, please ensure that you do not impede the flow of traffic or block any stallholders site.

Busking in front of the stone toilets between the hours of 12 pm and 1.30 pm is to be avoided due to this being peak lunchtime.
Please ensure amplification of instruments or voice does not exceed limits that interfere with stallholders, other performers or patrons of the market.

Buskers tokens must be handed into the office by 4.00 pm on market day.
